External Privacy Agreement
This agreement is for external clients submitting service requests to the PCGG.
By using the External Service Request Center, you agree to the following:
- Personal Data: You consent to the collection of your details (name, contact info, etc.) strictly for processing and tracking your service requests.
- Compliance: PCGG processes this data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
- Retention: Records will be retained as required by government audit laws and the National Archives of the Philippines.
- Accuracy: You ensure that all information provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
